Refund policy

RETURN AND COMPLAINT POLICY

1. Custom Products
All products offered in the store (including posters, flyers, and business cards) are made to individual customer order based on the provided specifications and designs.

Therefore, in accordance with applicable law, custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

2. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before the production process or graphic design work has begun.

Once the design has been approved by the customer, the order is transferred to production and can no longer be cancelled.

3. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of:
- production errors not consistent with the approved design,
- technical printing defects (e.g. smudging, damage, production errors),
- receiving a product different from the ordered one.

Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, by email, including a description of the issue and photos of the product.

4. Complaint Processing
Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, we offer:
- reprinting the product,
- correction of the defect,
- or a refund (in justified cases).

5. Reservations
We are not responsible for errors resulting from:
- incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. typos, incorrect data),
- low-quality materials provided by the customer,
- approval of a design containing errors by the customer.

6. Language Priority Clause
This policy is originally written in English and constitutes the legally binding version.

In case of any discrepancies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
